Raw materials are sourced according to fixed specifications

Batch uniformity is only possible through rigorous control of raw materials. All ingredients used in our production are of the same fixed and stated specifications as far as possible. These specifications cover not only the identity of the material, but also its various quality characteristics that ensure each input meets our strictest requirements before being used for production.

We deal with only approved and qualified suppliers with the necessary awareness to fulfill our specifications. When the materials are received, our inspector analyzes a sample from each batch to verify that the specifications are met before the materials are released for production.

Mixing process follows the national secret formula exactly

At the core of our trademark products is the national secret formula – our inherited, confidential recipe. When our products are made, every formulation strictly follows this formula as stipulated, no omission, addition or alteration permitted. In order to comply with the formula accurately, every step, measurement, and condition in the mixing process is fixed.

The team follows the detailed working instructions refined for many years of experience. The sequence in addition, length of mixing time, condition in terms of temperature etc., are all fixed to make sure that the formulation manufactured in current year will be the same with the first lot when we started. It goes without saying that the ‘national secret’ status of the formula is itself evidence of its specialty and we take care of it by being faithful to it as always.

That is why consumer in North America is entitled to the same benefit from our products like the consumer in Asia; it is also the reason why our products have got so many nicknames of "Oriental Magic Medicine" and the export exclusive Temple of Heaven Essential Balm earned its gold award in Leipzig international trade fair in 1987.

Every batch undergoes sensory and visual inspection

Before any product leaves our production plant, the batch of each product has undergone a comprehensive sensory and visual examination. It's conducted by our quality inspector on various aspect of appearance, touch, scent and other observable elements to make sure the identity of the product is strictly in accord with standard and established sample. Sensory inspection involves highly skilled evaluators who know the products well from experience, and visual inspection is used to verify product uniformity and color. These human tests complement analytical measurements. If the lot passes all tests, it can be released for filling and packaging.

It's our system's promise that quality control is strictly adhered to during every single phase of manufacturing and that every manufactured lot complies with GMP guidelines. Because the entire production facility operates under strict GMP controls, finished goods are tested and inspected prior to market release to ensure that our customers’ expectations of high quality are always met.
