Production facilities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice

The production facility is completely designed and built in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). GMP is not just a mark, it involves the complete system that covers every aspect from production design, equipment maintenance, personnel training, sanitation etc. The facilities are kept strictly to specified standard which controls the environmental temperature, humidity, air quality. And minimizes contamination risks to ensure consistent production conditions day after day. The workshop is laid out logically, following the production workflow from start to finish to eliminate cross-contamination and ensure formulation integrity. As a manufacturing base for Dragon & Tiger and Temple of Heaven brand cooling oil, Dragon Tiger Ren Dan, cooling nasal inhalers, wind oil essence, and cosmetics, we know that responsibility cannot be limited to specific products alone.

Strict quality control is applied at every manufacturing stage

The quality control measures are implemented through every stage in our manufacturing process, which are not "afterthought" of product design or process control. Right from our raw materials entering our facility to the final packaging of products, there are strictly quality control measures every step of the way. Our quality assurance team conducts inspections all through production for verification of each process step against predefined parameter. We monitor all the critical parameters in every step of production, and detect and solve the abnormal phenomena at earliest point in time before it may impact the quality of products. This ensures the safety and stability of our products, so that the first batch is consistent with the last, and the initial stage matches the final stage.

Finished products are tested before release to market

Before any products with the brand of "Dragon & Tiger" or "Temple of Heaven" reach to our customer, they have to undergo a critical inspection. All the finished products are tested prior to the market release in order to assure that they have to meet the strictest standards of Shanghai Zhonghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Our products go through a variety of tests and analysis procedures to ascertain that they conform to specification criteria before they are cleared for market distribution. A sample is collected for each batch of products to undergo the testing and evaluation based on determined standard and the batch must be cleared by the examination before it is approved for release. This step is the best promise to our customer that the products they purchase are well- examined and tested in accordance with our more than 100 years standing criteria.

Our tests are internationally renowned, called "Oriental Magic Medicine", it is widely loved in Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. Our distribution network continues to be expanded in Nordic, North America, Japan, Eastern Europe, etc.

At present, we have already exported to more than 80 countries and regions.
